Join Zimeo as a Freelance Graphic Designer
(International/ Remote)
We’re Zimeo – one of Europe’s fastest-growing gift brands. We create emotional, personalized products that scale globally, with hundreds of thousands of orders per year. Now, we’re expanding our team of freelance designers.
The Freelance Graphic Designer is responsible for creating production-ready visuals for Zimeo’s personalized gift products, such as canvases, posters, and blankets. You’ll work based on clear design briefs inside our system (Notion, Trello, Drive) and deliver structured files that are ready for printing. This is not a marketplace job – if you’re a good fit, you’ll receive steady weekly projects. The ideal candidate understands composition, layout, color, and hierarchy. You know how to structure Photoshop files properly, use smart objects, and follow naming conventions. You’re reliable, responsive, and open to feedback from our art direction team. Communication is mostly asynchronous, and our internal design training will guide you through all steps. This is a remote freelance position, paid hourly between $8–15 or PHP 470-880 depending on speed and quality. Most designers work between 10–25 hours per week.

Fixing Errors & Bug Reports
- Independently review and fix design files when internal feedback reports issues (e.g. Language issues)

- Be ready to retroactively update previous design lines when a template or design logic gets improved.
Creative Team Communication
- Attend check-in calls (if required) with team leads or Art Director.
- Give thoughtful input on how to improve templates, workflows, or new product ideas.
